Everything we sell is made by hand, in small batches, in a Michigan kitchen. There is always someone who can tell you exactly what went into the batch you are looking at. Ask before you buy. Questions about ingredients, allergens, when the next batch is milled, or whether something suits what you are making are the ones we like best.
