If you bought something from us, at a market or through this site, we would like to know what you thought of it. The good and the bad both help. Everything on our reviews page comes from this form or from a message a customer sent us directly, published only after they said we could.

Reviews come from the form on this site or from messages customers send us directly. We trim a review only where the law makes us (a skin condition, or a claim like "organic" that we are not allowed to make), and we never add a word. Nothing is invented.

What happens to what you write

  • We read it. Nothing goes on the site automatically.
  • We publish it in your words. We do not rewrite a review to sound better, and we do not publish one you have not said we may publish.
  • There are a few things we are not allowed to print, mostly claims about skin or health conditions. If yours says something like that, we will write back and ask you to say it another way rather than quietly changing it.

  • We read every review within one business day of it arriving.
